Private Training
One of our highly qualified instructors will work with you on designing a targeted workout to meet your goals.
Kids Classes
We provide a safe, fun, positive and controlled environment that works to teach kickboxing techniques for teenagers and kids of different ages and levels.
The classes focus on control, fitness, coordination and confidence building, ultimately shaping a young person's physical and mental traits that are essential for strengthening their character.
Group Instruction
Our instructors are able to accommodate varying skill levels so as to create a dynamic group workout that will enhance each person's capabilities.
Group Classes

For those who are not able to join our classes, we have designed very unique online courses that allow participants to follow a very structured training plan from the convenience of their home.
